*All new patients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling their first appointment. The deposit will be applied to applicable fees if the practice is informed that an appointment must be changed 24 hours before the scheduled session. Patients who do not give 24-hour notice of cancelation will be charged the full session rate.
*Regarding our services: A clinical hour lasts 50 minutes. Ending the session 10 minutes before the hour allows the therapist to schedule your next session, write progress notes, and prepare for your next appointment. Case conceptualization/treatment planning is essential to provide you with the most effective therapy possible.
